These first home buyers didn't need much to turn this house into a home.

Gem Construct rejigged the kitchen, refreshed the flooring and electrical, and modernised the bathroom and laundry. A spacious new deck is made for summer barbecues.

It's everything you could want in a first home, in a chic, classy colour palette.
